Villa Demostenes is a new 4-bedroom villa with private pool, built in the seaside resort of Stalos, 2 km away from the sandy beach. This lovely sea view villa is located 9 km west of the town of Chania.

The three storey villa offers a modern, open plan living room (with fireplace), dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two double and two more twin bedrooms with a spacious private pool with barbeque are provided.

Stalos is a waterfront touristic village with a lovely sandy beach and a very lively waterfront with numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars located along the seaside road. The hamlet of Pano Stalos with two famous traditional taverns (Merovigli, Leventis) is located only 500m away from the villa.
